Jamie found these. Interesting middle area between paying someone to do the entire thing (big $) or trying to design it myself and build from scratch.

Not including a concrete slab to put it on. But it's a steel building, which is interesting. 600 sq ft is pretty decent.

768 sq ft.
There are other sizes in that same style.

And my current single attached garage is 13x22 so that is no improvement at all, unless I just wanted another structure for parking.
