Did belt and tensioner. New tensioner with the Gates kit was actually a Litens. Removed upper idler and noticed that it felt better than the new one. So I put the old one back. Squeak seems fixed. It is an 8 rib. Maybe they were planning for the supercharger. It also has a ton of pulleys/accessories so that could also be it.

Clearance was tight especially for a truck. Fortunately the belt didn't need to be unwound from the fan the way it was routed.

The little bolts on the tensioner are torqued to only 17 lb-ft. The bigger bolt that holds the idler pulley is torqued to 32 lb-ft. I read numerous stories of people breaking bolts and stripping heads because everybody's an amateur apparently. No issues here. I pounded the 6 mm socket into the center bolt of the tensioner for example. People strip those because they just stick it in and crank on it. Giggety.

I had to replace all of the lug studs on a Toyota minivan because a friend of ours was changing his wheels and yielded one. He immediately bought a torque wrench and learned his lesson.
