83 C10 interior upgrades

This is so much better than it was before. The list:
- Heavy duty floor matting
- Aftermarket molded dash cover
- DOOR PANELS!!!
- 1st gen Ford Explorer seats and center console
- Column shift
This truck originally had a 3 on the tree but Paul put in a heavy duty 4 speed many years ago (huge and heavy cast iron monstrosity from a C50 dump truck). Now we're back to a column but an automatic (700R4).
Anyway it's amazing how much more pleasant it is to spend time in here. The seats are narrow as this truck cab is WAY wider than a first gen Explorer (which is Ranger-width).
