Make Your Own Camaro

There have been some good posts about the expensive factory Camaros (They are awesome!). Going along with the Idea of do it yourself though, maybe in a couple years SS Camaros will drop in price (15,000 to 20,000) and it may be much cheaper to "Make" a super Camaro.
GM is setting it up pretty good to buy upgrade kits for the SS like the 1LE track package. ($1500)

Turbo kits that are 50 State / CARB Legal (EO D-99-7) are also being released: ($6500) Read more:

And pros are saying that the LS3 (or the L99) can handle at least 500 HP without engine modification, and up to 650 HP with minor modification:

So for about $25,000 you could have a car with 614HP. That is less than a quarter of the cost of a Corvette ZR1.
