Make sure to use overdrive during high speed pursuit!

The 9C1s also had that once they went to OD transmissions. Unlike civilian cars, they'd actually stay in 4th at heavy throttle. And they'd need to since they had much more acceleration-oriented rear axle ratios.

This helps a little.
