I want to give this guy at work so much shit about this. He thinks Japanese companies like Toyota and Honda walk on water, while American automakers, particularly GM, are the scum of the earth, with even worse product. Sigh.

The scope of this and the safety risk seems to out reach GM's ignition switch debacle. A comment someone made on C/D...

My Corolla was on the list, but not the Mazda3.

This has really blown up over the past 1-1/2 years.
