The Fiscal Times: Our Two-Party System

I was thinking along these lines before. I think this makes a lot of sense. If we saw record Libertarian votes this election (a possibility) it would be interesting to be part of that.

I was very encouraged to see ranked choice voting passed in Maine. I think this will do a lot for third party candidates since people will no longer fear "throwing their vote away." Also, you won't see people like Paul LePage winning elections with 38% of the vote.

Sadly we did not see record Libertarian votes. At least I don't think so.
