I have seen several links to this throughout the day. I actually think the woman was an idiot for driving so slow in the left lane and trying to provoke him.

Wow. Those roads are really fucking slippery huh? If only he had a fast steering ratio, then he could have easily caught that.
Also, she had a million chances to move the hell over before this all transpired.
Each party represents a different group of people that basically would have a defensive argument for these general circumstances. For her, it's the old "I'm driving the speed limit and there was a truck 2 miles ahead so I couldn't move over, plus I bet this guy will get really pissed off if I don't move over, proving him a lunatic." For him, it's the old "My truck is huge so therefore you should move over, and I'd rather tailgate than pass on the right, since that would be 'illegal.'"
