My favorite part is the idea that he should have gone upstairs at 2am and confronted his noisy neighbor. Instead, he wrote a letter. He didn't even call the police.
This is the same nonsense we see from the left about "micro-aggressions," which some on that side argue should be taken as if actual physical violence was committed. It's just insane. I mean the attitude on this guy must be that he's walking around daily, literally looking for a fight and everything through his eyes must be seen as unjust oppression.Then, perceiving a personal threat from the NYPD if they were to be notified, Brookshire added, “As a Black man, I take these overt actions as a direct threat to my physical and psychological well-being and as an act of violence upon me (see attached list of the 821 men, women and children killed by police or in police custody to date in 2016).”
