I guess I see a $100k price tag and assume it should be able to do more than one thing.

Inflation adjusted the SC400 in 1992 cost $68,948.32 in today's dollars. That is nowhere near $100k. I expect more than a spiritual successor for the delta.

Even on Lexus' own website, they call it a luxury coupe and offer a direct comparison with the Aston DB11. I think that's more of the market it plays in.

Well if that's the case, if I was in charge, I wouldn't have even run it then.

I have no idea what they are trying to pull off with leaving all the luxury stuff inside. It's not going to fool anyone - the shocks don't have a "don't break my back" setting. It could have been even lighter since it is a focused track toy. The GT350R is probably more pleasant to drive on the street.

I like to compare and contrast - just because they are GM doesn't mean I can't do a critical analysis of their relative characteristics.
I know. I was shit talking, as if I had anything to do with how awesome this car is. And also hating on the competition.
