This is insane and I watched it all this weekend (yay sinus thing).

Starts here. You can follow just by letting youtube suggest the next video even though they aren't in a playlist. The premise if the trip is he goes to Montana from PA to change a clutch for a friend. And picks up this guy from Russia along the way. The trip is actually pretty amazing and the diagnosis on the way back with Vladamir (the guy from Russia he's never met but is a fan) is just insane.
