It also occurs to me that our definitions of "cheap" might be different.

Interesting list. We mentioned a lot of these, including the 300. The GTO and Camaro were runners up. I think their estimated cost of a GTO is high, and it might not really only be a runner up.
Surprisingly to me, this list is pretty good. You can do better than some of these prices, also.

I enjoyed the descriptions, too.

The 300C SRT-8 is also shockingly worthless. $8300? Wow. I should see what asking prices are. Meanwhile he put the 05 CTS-V at $14,895. Remember I paid $15,400 way back in 2010. So that's definitely something.

I thought of an extra one also: 03-04 Terminator Mustang. I assume those are under $20k.

But yeah I guess getting back to the original point, there was some stuff in my list on his list which means not only did GM make it during the time frame, but it is a good value now. And lucky for me, most of the cars on the list are right up my alley. Other than most of the Jags (I do have a soft spot for the XJR), the Range Rover and the Maserati I pretty much like everything there.

Mazda 929
These are interesting. Not super powerful.

Lexus should be added to the list.
Lexus SC (platform mate of the Supra of that generation)
Lexus GS
Lexus IS

Volvo 900-series (or S90 in later years)
Will have to look into this. My friend really liked his S70.

The GTO is definitely on the list.
Pontiac GTO

Nissan 240SX
Nissan 350Z

Lincoln LS
I like the styling of the LS but heard it was a disaster to own... Will have to look into that more.

Honda S2000 - 2 seater - out.

I like the Marauder. I thought these were still higher priced. Will have to look into that. I don't mind the Crown Vic. just that they aren't that good enthusiast wise. They have a bullet proof drivetrain though. Would also add the:
Lincoln Town Car
Mercury Marauder
Ford Crown Vic

Of these, I do kind of like the Magnum, but didn't like driving a 300...
Dodge Magnum
Chrysler 300C

Adding the RX-8 since they are almost worthless, and handle pretty good.

The only RWD one was the 960/S90. They didn't do a performance model though (no S90-R that I know of).
