Wow, this is pretty wild.
3 cylinder, 6 piston, supercharged and turbocharged. 2 cranks. No cylinder heads. There are some seriously impressive efficiency claims here.
Oh I forgot another first (if they pull it off): they are designing both a gas and diesel version. But get this: the gas version is compression ignition, just like the diesel. I wonder if that means there is also no air throttle. The difference in claimed economy for both seemed to be just down to the energy content per gallon in the fuels, nothing else.
