Wow I didn't see this coming.

Candidate name for show: Hooptie Hunters.

Basically the show is entirely a spiritual spin off of the old Top Gear cheap car challenges.

Maybe also a little Roadkill mixed in but honestly, that show is missing any car after like 1975 because California. It's cool seeing old cars get put back on the road that have long since rusted away in the northeast, but I want to see cars from decades that have, you know, fuel injection. And for that, the kinds of cars that Hoovie buys are MUCH more inline with what I'd want. I don't want a 1969 Mustang with rat shit in it.

My Caprice is like a brand new car compared to some of the shit they drag out of the weeds.
