They used a 2017 Camry and a 2017 F150. Those two alone represent a significant portion of vehicle sales.

Testing the new tires, I guess overall they said there was not a significant difference (95% confidence) between expensive and cheaper tires for wet braking. What was interesting was the worn tire tests.

On quick glance, the Michelin Premier appeared to be outstanding (best cold and best worn), though it was a bigger slam dunk on the Camry.

Kumho kind of stole the show on skidpad, given that it matched the Michelin at a lower price point.

I really need to look at the report. Many aspects were tested.
