Plug in via USB. Turn on in the settings on the phone. Then run the app. You can show touches if you want. You can also use the mouse (easier if you don't full screen the app).

Tried it on my 520. Didn't work. The phone and app look for each other forever.

I know it needs to install a driver on the PC so maybe that didn't work for some reason.
