Swapped the 3/4 solenoid for the previously-removed 5/6. Doesn't seem improved other than air temps are lower, so not as sluggish. Appears to only have two reverse gear settings, 1st/2nd appears to be one ratio and 3rd/4th appears to be another. I wonder if I have a bad clutch pack or something electrically is screwed up. I need to troubleshoot with a test light.

Good for pricing but bad for poor technician practice, all of the electrical connectors are interchangeable, and the wires were previously damaged. I wonder if the some of the solenoids have switched. I'm trying to think through the logic if the 4/5/6 wiring could be swapped and make 1st and 2nd
reverse (and also 3rd/4th reverse) the same ratio by changing two complementary things.

Really just need to spend 1/2 an hour with a test light sorting it out.
