Approx labor and parts cost? I think you said the coils were like $260 for the set?

The wastegate actuators were $115.37 including shipping with 5% discount from RockAuto. The coils were $251.81 including shipping with 5% discount from RockAuto. The coils took around an hour and a half and the wastegate actuators were about 45 minutes. $0 for labor. All in all, this was a good bang for the buck set of repairs.

My short list of issues / maintenance now:

Transmission fluid drain and refill
Sunroof shade repair (really wish this had failed while I still had my CPO)
A/C deodorizing (this is a common issue with 14-15 CTS and ATS)
Front brake caliper stick/slip. I still feel like the brakes have an issue with stick slip at low speeds. Maybe I could remove the pins and lube them, or maybe just try replacing the calipers.

Also, the rear differential recall once parts are available.

Parts came in. I am dropping the car off on Tuesday. Might also have them do the trans fluid depending on if they're willing to make a deal.

Replaced the wastegate actuators again today. Last done in February 2020. I've had the car long enough now that some repairs are starting to repeat. I'm also considering whether I should just fix the other things that are wrong (blend door actuators and MR shocks, possibly some suspension work on the passenger front). All in, this would probably be around $3k.

Throttle response is possibly slightly improved following the wastegate actuator replacement.
