22 mpg highway with the automatic. Not too bad. Once again, if you are willing to live with a C6 Z06 at half the price, you'll do better than this in terms of highway fuel economy.
Hitting 825 hp during development sounds like marketing PR to me. But it creates the illusion that only Chrysler is making dyno pulls between mysterious/hotrod tweaks to the engine, even though that's not how OEMs develop engines.
In other news, Chrysler also is apparently experimenting with MAF sensors, which is hilarious.
