Is it me or is this vehicle just totally played out? Traps 84mph?? Old ass interior. I guess it has its place but it seems more like a niche.

I think this probably still fulfills niche demand. Looking at the new Mazda6 really makes me wish they would bring the wagon version to the US. There would be no comparison, at least for those who can live without AWD.

I don't know if you care about the wagon part, but there are definitely strong rumors that Mazda is bringing back the AWD MazdaSpeed6 as their corporate Halo Car. That old MazdaSpeed6 was awesome, I don't know why they discontinued it. It was an AWD 270HP Turbo 4 manual. I was actually looking at used ones yesterday.

I really like the Mazda Styling, interior, and handling over Subaru's cars. I have never driven the WRX, but I have been in and driven their other models, and would take Mazda any day.
