You get what you pay for, I guess. I think this rig even has power steering.
It's got a 1100cc Yanmar 3 cylinder diesel (Yanmar is about the best you can get). 25hp engine, about 18hp to the PTO.
Apparently it has 4WD. Goddamn.
So, those went for $12,500 new. But it's basically a compact tractor.

The blower itself is 2 grand, used. Seems to be around $2500 new.
So you don't necessarily need all this expensive stuff. BUT, some of these features really make a difference. Hydrostatic would be one mandatory feature but that's pretty common fortunately. Some of the blower controls are pretty awesome which also helps make the job go faster.

No doubt that these are awesome machines, I just can't see spending car/vehicle money on a tractor. That is a lot of money for something just cuts grass and moves snow, and you can't leave your property with it.
The Blower with it's own motor that attaches to the ATV is interesting. I haven't found pricing or details anywhere yet. I wonder if a mount for a Toyota Corolla could be fabricated... I would do that...

Current snow removal plan:
For large snow events where I can't keep up with the tractor, I will have it plowed.
Otherwise, I will use the Scotts 15 HP tractor with this:

I still need to get a battery, chains and weights. Well, I have weights, I just need to figure out a mounting system. With this purchase, I will get $42 in sears money so that will probably cover the battery.
