Cadillac El Camino

AKA Cadillac Mirage. There is some disagreement over how many were made. Pretty interesting, though. Check out the cool golf bag door.

Wow, Kevin, Maybe Corvettes can add that golf bag door. Excitement of 99.9 percent of Corvette owners would increase exponentially.

This looks cool. I could see Texas Oil land owners owning these to separate themselves from the Texas cattle ranchers driving El Camino's...

I think I have the same take on this as the El Camino: First, who looked at the trunk of a Monte Carlo and said: Wow, I wish this was bigger, and second, the original car looked better without the bed.

I will say, if you NEED the utility, I would rather drive one of these than a truck so there is that.

When I first started watching the video, I was like, that's awesome, someone took a 75-76 Coupe Deville and converted it to this. But then he said they made 204 of them in the 70s and sold them at Cadillac dealerships??? I'm not into El Caminos but this is amazing.

Bill, be a man, drive a fullsize body on frame car (B/C/D platform). Everyone's doing it. You can even choose the decade and number of doors. So many choices.

That would only work for the automatic convertibles. Owners of real Corvettes wouldn't care.

I think the funniest part is that from the side view, the 'bed' doesn't really look that much larger than what you would expect on that car..

As for the corvette golf door, I'm pretty sure corvettes can fit golf clubs in them already... Which is why they are still made.

I had recently noticed that the car in blues brothers was a Cadillac.. It's funny that they stuck that in there when it's such a rare car..
