No, not the RWD one. That was the Brougham.
But this thing was actually pretty sweet.

All the losers come in and start talking specific output.

That 93 Fleetwood was the D-body, with the L05. Yeah baby.Horsepower #'s are mainly just a selling point and are not nearly as important as torque. My 08 DTS makes 275hp yet feels no faster than my larger and heavier 93 Fleetwood with 185hp and steep rear end gears. My Fleetwood has 10 lbs more torque than my DTS and its all at the bottom end.

Worth watching just for the slalom!
Re: Motorweek Retro: 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood
Gallon in tank on the computer - that's one you don't see often.
Re: Motorweek Retro: 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood
I think the 90 Continental had that. My CTS-V will do gallons consumed (since last reset). The SRX may do that as well, I forget.
Re: Motorweek Retro: 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood
Interesting - that's something I rarely see in my rentals.
Re: Motorweek Retro: 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood
I think the Jeeps had something like "miles left" on the tank in the computer. I vaguely remember that. The Volvo S80 may have had that also. It wasn't gallons left though, it was miles left I think.
Re: Motorweek Retro: 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood
Yeah distance to empty is something that all trip computers have.
I think even the 1979 optional Seville trip computer had that.
