The LS7 would work well and would give all of the thrills of the AMG and even a small performance boost over the 3.6 TT. And I bet it's lighter than the 3.6 TT with all associated baggage.
What they REALLY need to figure out is the next gen of N/A power and that's not looking good, either, after we heard attempts to modernize the LS7 into a Gen V didn't go well from an emissions certification standpoint.
