I also looked at GTO prices and I was surprised to find they aren't as cheap as I thought they would be. I guess they have found a home with enthusiasts.

Yes, I mentioned sedan-based. The Monaro is a Commodore coupe and the G8 was a VE Commodore.

Yeah, the GTO is on the short list for my next vehicle purchase, but you can get a ~10 year newer PPV for the same money. No manual trans, though.
