I looked at the exact $30k SS that was in this article a few days ago. I was doing similar research to see how low the low end had gotten. I recognize that one glaring deficiency in my fleet is a good highway road trip car so I am always looking for ways to improve. Unfortunately, I think $30k is still a bit rich for me. Maybe the car's complete obscurity will push resale lower in the future.
