I installed it. It works just like bash on Linux. I installed and configured apache. I could access the webserver from localhost in Windows. I could see something like that having some use if you wanted to easily run multiple web servers on the same source tree for development purposes. The same thing could be done with a virtual machine and a shared file system, but with more overhead.
Nearly all commands are available. You can use apt-get to install pretty much any S/W available from the Ubuntu repositories. This functionality is supposed to be delivered with the "anniversary update" next month.
