Although your fleet solution needn't be dependent upon picking the exact right daily driver. I don't think the use case for a V2 would be daily driver anyway. It would be to have that kind of car available, because I think it would still scratch an itch.

I don't know when you'll get an extended test drive in a V2, though, to see if you bond with it.

This thread needs more ATS content.

Here you have it: http://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto/5673596676.html

This looks like a pretty nice example. Not so sure about the exhaust, but other than that I like the car.

Wow, maintenance and a full warranty to 70k. How long though? I guess 2 more years? Which means up to almost 21k a year which means you wouldn't get the full 70k out of the warranty. Unless it is more than 5 years.

This one has the premium options that are nice, also. Plus it is a Performance so it has FE3. This is worth a look.

Why don't you go look at the car? Tell him you are serious but it will be your first drive in an ATS so you will need an extended test drive. He can only say no.

Maybe show up in the Elise (not the Rondo).

Looks like it is 6 years, 70k miles. Probably still wont hit the mileage with how little I am currently driving, but nice to have an extra year.

Option packages are fully detailed here.

You need to get the Premium to get the MR shocks.

Good stuff that comes on the Performance:
- HIDs
- 10 speaker BOSE

Good stuff on this car:
- 18s
- 3.6L (I still think I prefer this over the 2.0t, especially when you consider there probably isn't much if any real world mileage penalty)
- Sunroof

So this one has no MR shocks. Honestly, that is fine. As I will tell everyone who will listen (and also some that won't), GM is definitely not leaning on MR shocks as a crutch for suspension tuning or whatever it is people may claim. Plenty of very good cars have no MR shocks, and an FE3 ATS is probably very good without MR shocks. Simpler is better anyway.

Also, it may or may not have LSD. LSD is standard on the RWD Premium.

I would expect that to be an extremely common pairing with the rest of that stuff. Is it anything fancy like the C7 and Gen 6 Camaro (eLSD) or just a regular limited slip?
