He captured it all in the video description:
I'm a community enforcement volunteer! I make a scene at every town hall meeting. I own three Police Interceptors, all bought for under $2,000. I load up a Glock 17, drop my pants, and take aim at my front door from my kitchen table. With the power of imagination, I defend my home again and again and again and again.

I have an irrational hatred of the hood contour/bulge on these cars. Maybe because I know it is to make room for the unnecessarily large (tall + wide) 4.6L V8.

I like these cars. My grandfather owned some variant my whole life. He had an 83 2 door, then like a 95ish then a later Grand Marquis. He loved them. The 83 was my favorite, and when I got the Monte, he liked it probably the best out of all of my cars. It was a big 2 door with aV8 and style. He said it was a "sharp looking car".

Because of this I always liked them. V8, could spin tire (he used to) and crazy room to modify. Seems like a great platform for a turbo LS swap. Also, Kind of a sleeper since the stock ones were not super fast.
