Strange code format. But it means O2 sensor performance shortfall bank 1 sensor 1. The car has almost 120k so it is ripe for an O2 sensor (and timing belt, and serpentine belt....air filter? maybe TB/IAC cleanout. AJ already did spark plugs).
Turns out that the job is really easy. After scanning the code, I opened the hood to hopefully show AJ where the O2 sensor is. I started laughing and pointed at the O2 and said "whelp, that's it." Then he laughed. "I can do that!"
As if that wasn't easy enough, the entire cat is stuffed in the vertical section directly after the exhaust manifold, so even sensor 2 is still accessible from the top. But sensor 1 is the one right on top.

Also to my credit, I guessed the OEM sensor would be NTK, Denso or Bosch. Well, maybe that wasn't so lucky because I'm not sure what else it could possibly be.
RockAuto says Denso is the OE, if we believe that for all R18 Civic engines. This description sounds promising anyway:
This is for a 2007, so please confirm the model year.DENSO Part # 2349124
Upstream; Gas Engine; DENSO is the OE Manufacturer Air Fuel Ratio Sensor
