I can only laugh. FCA is going to have a rude wakeup call. Pickup buyers are some of the least forward thinking. Maybe only beaten by fullsize SUV buyers 10 years ago (who are now in crossovers). By all means, drive a 1/2 ton if that's what you want to drive. They are great. Just don't bitch about gas prices. Or...let me back up a sec.

Please, buy all the awesome, high powered things, then sell them at a loss to me in a few years.
