I think Motor Trend did a comparo like this but this is from a more small time YouTube reviewer. I haven't really seen too many comparisons like this from these guys.

I think he did a good job differentiating between these cars. The GS F is more like a normal luxury car with some sport in it. The CTS-V is something entirely different. Depends on what you want. The thing is, the GS F isn't cheap - this tester was $85k. Still, that is cheaper than a loaded CTS-V which is almost $110k. I think their base prices, or at least prices when configured as similarly as possible, aren't that different. I can't see passing up the CTS-V in that case, except for someone who just wanted the Lexus.
