He corrected it. He got an estimate for $2400. Don't forget it is also a business expense. And insurance could be involved.

The joke was that he is in a good place because if stupid stuff like this happens, he can post a video about it, which will likely generate revenue to pay for the situation.

Oh yeah, I know. I didn't say I felt bad for him.

Where I was going with my reply was that his reasons are the exact same reasons I don't drive my CTS-V in the winter. Salt, pot holes, debris being flung up against the car, not to mention traction in actual snow is a nonstarter.
