Not a bad deal I suppose.  My bill is under $90 for 2 lines and we don't hit our current data cap (2GB/month with rollover data) so I wouldn't need to switch.
It's a little misleading though.  The $115/mo for 2 lines is throttled to 3Mbps and includes mandatory StreamSaver which is something they just rolled out.  It basically limits all streaming video to 480p on your phone.  Not a bad idea really - do you really need 1080p youtube on your phone?
So if you want the real "unlimited" plan, you have to pay $145/mo for 2 lines.
Nothing is really unlimited and they are very clear about the terms even in the big font promo.  Both plans will throttle after 22GB (reasonable) and I think only the more expensive plan allows tethering.  And even then it is limited to 10GB before throttling.  I think these terms are reasonable but the prices aren't going to set the world on fire.
