Clean 94 RMW in Maine

I guess my Uncle is half interested in this as it's somewhat close by, low miles, 1 owner, well maintained, no body rot, and only driven to church on Sundays. They know what they have and have priced accordingly but I think it's perfectly fair. It seems to be equipped like Ed's 96 so perhaps not a lot of options. Not sure about V92.

I bet it could use a freshening of the steering linkage and shocks.

What do you think about the price? Fair?

If it's as clean as the description, yeah pretty fair. Adam and Ed have purchased LT1 B-bodies within the past few years so maybe they'll chime in. If it drives perfect then I'd say it's worth it (maybe a little discount just because).

I wonder if the brake line failure is what prompted this sale. You know, the old people got all nervous.

I think all the B-bodies by now have experienced a blown brake line. It's a thing. But you fix it, and move on.

Yeah, that is a fair price for something in that sort of shape. Talking him down a few hundred with cash isn't out of the question either. My Fleetwood was in pretty good shape body wise, but was in fairly rough mechanical shape so it was pretty cheap. Also I only know how to buy cars in rough mechanical shape.

Old post, but if it's still for sale I imagine the price has come down some.

How is this really rust free? It lives in MAINE. I guess the 85k is driving the $4600 price.

Adam, I know your cousin was looking for one of these too. This is pricey but might be worth it if the guy can be talked down.

CL ad is still active for whatever that's worth. Maybe the rust free status is due to the lack of use (only 85k over 20 years). It is not close to the coast so that probably helps.
