There is plenty to go wrong here, but you can repair it

Squeaky furnace blower motor

It was squeaky. I oiled the bearings. On the motor it says oil bearings annually.

I oiled them and no more squeaking. I consulted a YouTube video and all you do is pop the caps and oil down the hole which goes directly to the bearing, on either end.
