10 lug semi wheels on a 1st gen Dodge Ram

Exactly as described. Not understanding what this truck is used for.

I saw it at the Exeter scrap metal place, where a vehicle of this vintage could easily be confused as a junk vehicle.

I like how they attached late-model side view mirrors by bolting a plate onto the door.
