These were special cars and represented a real foreshadowing to what GM ended up doing with the downsized B-body in 1977. Closest thing they've done since the 70s Seville would have to be a CTS of some kind. Almost three full decades of separation. Ouch.
Anyway, I still love these cars. But given the decision to buy something like this, I think I'd lean closer to a 92 Brougham. Old school interior and exterior, big ass boat, but 90s powertrain (for GM: EFI, 4-speed auto, ABS, etc.). 80s powertrain to the rest of the world.
