How to fix mice

Post by bill25 »

You will need bait and a trap. I used my dog's food, because I found out that they were stealing it. Bastards, that dog food is $85 a bag!!!

Here are a few options:

The bad:
Glue Traps - I have heard horror stories of mice chewing limbs off and still being in your house dead somewhere.
Poison - The mice eat the poison, or bring in back to the nest and possibly die in the walls.

The good:
Electrocution:
These traps by Victor are great. No mess, quick shock, and you just dump the dead mouse out and add more bait. They take 4 AA batteries and supposedly those will kill up to 100 mice.

Dunking:
This is a lower tech option but still easy to do. Add some water to a bucket, put bait in the bucket and add a ramp.

I've never tried the electrocution ones but that sounds awesome.

Of the ones I've tried, I like these the best:

It is safe to guess that the people at Victor love their jobs:
