Those reproduction plus-size wheels are pretty slick.
The SS's actually do drive pretty well in stock form, at least they do compared to other cars of the era.
More like 180hp. Those 3.73's make it feel quicker than it is.Maybe 220 (hp) when it was new and fresh

In the underhood shot you can see a metal coupler that replaces the rag joint in the steering shaft.
