That is one of the reasons that a sleeper is what you want at that horsepower level. When he does less flamboyant things like that, he said people have to look around to figure out what is making the racket.

Just taking the Sloppy Colorado to get some gas. See if you can catch the speedo flash to 130mph when he punches it from a slow roll.

Right after that video he posts another one that says he has some issues with it.

·closing in on that ellusive 1000whp mark
this is with the new converter, i am at 110% injector on the FIC1100s and 40% ethanol, so i want to upgrade them to like 200's and come out swinging, this was 18lbs of boost, 14deg timing

stock junkyard longblock, LJMS st2 cam, Billet s480 from VS racing, air to air, stock intake, stock 4l80e, jakes performance converter, stock explorer 8.8 rear

Alternate title: "How to die doing a dyno test". If you think your vehicle is so insane that it needs weight in the back for a dyno pull, maybe your weight shouldn't be the the first choice... lol. These guys are still awesome.

A little info behind the dyno video:

Sounds like his fuel lines and rails are way too small and he's trying to make it up with pumps and injectors. Ran out of fuel at 895. Also couldn't make more boost. He explains in the video.

Waiting for 210lb injectors (holy shit - a stock LT1 runs 24s) and he is going for 1000rwhp.

992 rwhp. Ran out of fuel. Still awesome.

Got a little reckless there at the end...13.0 afr at 21 psi. Jesus.

Also he hurt it. Head gasket and possibly a bent rod.

*Pulls out rod bearing on cylinder with bent rod, looks mint*
"that's 260k plus 1000 rear wheel hp - bearing looks perfect"

Gotta love it.

He's gonna do one rod, ARP head studs and LS9 head gaskets. Why head gaskets? Because he's reused these ones a bunch of times. Should be ready for more abuse. Sloppy at his finest.
